- Payment for all orders made on this website are in Australian Dollars and is payable at the time of confirming your order (AUD)
- Some items may be applicable to the Goods & Services Tax (GST) and will be included in the final price showing the applicable amount of tax applied to the goods you purchase.
- Payment is currently via PayPal, Visa & Mastercard & within Australia only
Shipping
- Once your order is received it is usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
- All online shopping orders are delivered via Australia Post, standard delivery and are bound by their delivery terms and conditions. For more information about Australia Posts delivery service, please visit www.auspost.com.au/help-and-support
- To track your order please Email us with your order number so that we can provide you with your Australia Post Tracking Number. Please visit www.auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search to track your order.
- We do not ship outside of Australia
- Although the Shop Online is opened all year round, our premises are closed during Christmas and New year period. All orders received during this period will be processed within a week of our return.
- We do not post Fresh Produce, chilled, delicate or any other items we consider unsafe to send through Australia Post.
- Cost of shipping is calculated at a single flat rate of $15.00 along the eastern seaboard in major cities – NSW Sydney and Metropolitan areas; QLD Brisbane and Metropolitan areas; VIC Melbourne and Metropolitan areas.
- ll other states and territories require your Postcode at checkout and calculated prior to payment to determine shipping costs
Delivery
- At present we do not offer personal or a courier delivery service.
- We are not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, stolen or wrong delivery address &/or special delivery instructions as provided by you
- By making a purchase through our website you agree to have your items delivered to your nominated delivery address with authority to leave if applicable where possible and accept all the terms and conditions bound by Australia Posts delivery system.
