We will gladly offer refund or exchange for any items that you feel haven’t been met up to expectation.  Please use the Contact Us page with any concerns that you might have with a delivered order and we will endeavour to get back to you to best resolve your issue.

We will not refund or return for ‘Change of Mind’ or ‘Found Cheaper somewhere else’.

We do not offer refunds for Fresh produce or perishable items from 2 days after your purchase.

We will not offer a refund or be held responsible for any claim of our fresh fruit, perishable goods or any other items sold to you due to neglect or improper storage and handling.

Cancellation requests will be not be considered after 24 hours of placing your order and/or if already dispatched for shipping.

Cancellation requests will be considered however, in part or full for delay or unavailability of a particular product or service from our end. You will be notified via email of the delay or unavailability and given the option to proceed with your order in part or cancel in full. You will be refunded accordingly the full amount of the product or service that is unavailable or refunded in full for cancellation of the order through the same method of payment.
